Private memory, made personal

Your life, remembered.

Vignetra turns the photos and videos you choose into a timeline you can explore, search, and rediscover. Your originals remain in your photo library. The intelligence that understands them is designed to stay on your device.

A living memory

More than a camera roll.

Your library already holds a record of where you have been and who has shared the journey. Vignetra gives that record shape—without asking you to hand over the originals.

01 / ASK

Ask your life anything.

Search naturally for scenes, colors, places, dates, and the people you have named. Results come from the moments you authorized.

02 / TIMELINE

Move through time at a glance.

Swipe through full-screen moments in a chronological timeline designed to feel immediate, immersive, and calm.

03 / PEOPLE

Name a face once. Keep it private.

Familiar-face groups and the names you add remain on your device. Vignetra never uses them to identify someone for another user.

04 / MAP

See where life happened.

Turn authorized photo locations into a personal map. OpenStreetMap attribution remains visible wherever map tiles appear.

Private by design

The boundary is easy to understand.

Your device does the sensitive work. If you choose to sign in, your account stores only the details needed to carry your organization to another device—not your original media, visual embeddings, or face profiles.

Designed around consent

Your library. Your choices.

Vignetra asks for access because moments are the heart of the experience. The controls around those moments are just as important as the features built from them.

Choose the library

Grant full or selected photo access through your operating system, then change that choice in Settings.

Choose the identity layer

Turn People off to remove local face groups and names without changing any photo or video.

Choose what follows you

Review guest details before merging them into a signed-in account, and delete synced metadata when you leave.

Questions, answered

Clear by default.

If something about your data is not obvious, we would rather explain it plainly than hide it in fine print.

Does Vignetra upload my photos or videos?

No. Original photos and videos remain in the photo library controlled by your device. Vignetra does not store those originals in Firebase or in a Vignetra media cloud.

Can I use Vignetra without an account?

Yes. You can begin as a guest. Apple or Google sign-in is offered when you want supported metadata—such as titles, notes, and preferences—to be available on another device.

What happens to details I add before signing in?

Vignetra asks before merging supported guest details into an existing account. Face groups and names stay on the device either way.

Why does Vignetra need photo access?

Your photo library is the core of the product. Vignetra needs the access you authorize to build moments, the timeline, map, and private visual search. You can choose full or selected access in system settings.

Is Vignetra a photo backup service?

No. Keep a separate backup of your original media. Vignetra organizes and helps you rediscover what remains in your authorized library.

What does deleting my account remove?

Account deletion removes Vignetra cloud metadata and the app’s local indexes from that device. It does not delete original photos or videos from your library.
